Refund Policy

A clear no-refund policy for coaching, programs, consultations, and digital resources.

Effective date: 1 October 2026

All payments made to Sonia Das or 3C Coach are final and non-refundable. This applies to coaching sessions, coaching packages, consultations, workshops, programs, digital products, downloadable resources, and any other paid offering, unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

By completing a payment, you acknowledge that time, preparation, capacity, and access may be reserved immediately and that you accept this no-refund policy.

Cancelling, rescheduling, or missing a booked session does not create an entitlement to a refund. Any rescheduling rights or notice periods will be set out in the booking confirmation or signed service agreement. Sessions not used within an agreed package period may expire without refund.

Digital products and downloadable resources cannot be returned and are non-refundable once purchased or access has been provided. Please review the product description carefully before purchase.

If you believe you were charged twice or an incorrect amount was processed, contact us promptly with the transaction details. Verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be reviewed and, where appropriate, corrected to the original payment method.

If Sonia Das cancels a paid service and cannot provide a suitable replacement date or agreed alternative, the affected unused portion may be refunded or credited at Sonia Das’s discretion. This is the only exception to the no-refund policy unless required by applicable law or agreed in writing.

Books and other products purchased through Amazon or another third-party retailer are governed by that retailer’s payment, cancellation, and refund policies. Refund requests for those purchases must be directed to the retailer.

Questions about a payment or this policy may be sent to coachsoniadas@gmail.com. Please include your name, purchase date, offering purchased, and transaction reference. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
