I’m Sonia.

Before I was a coach, I spent two decades inside corporate leadership — building the communication & customer service for Amazon India launch, then creating and leading Talent Development teams across five countries. I’ve sat in the exact seat many of my clients are sitting in now: doing well by every external measure, and quietly aware that something wasn’t aligned.

When I stepped out of the corporate life which I immensely loved, I left because I wanted to do the work that actually changes how people lead — starting with how they lead themselves.
